Basically this program is 90 days long (3 months) and it consists of 12 video’s.
There are 3 “ways” to do the program. The “Lean Version” Which is basically less resistance training and more cardio workouts (usually women like this version).
The second option is called “Classic Version” Which is the normal and recommended one. It has both resistance training and cardio.
The last but not least is called “Doubles Version” This one is more for athletes or people in really good shape. The difference here is that you add another workout… so you have a morning workout and an evening workout.
